Manager, Global People Operations

We are looking for a Manager, Global HR Operations to drive the operational aspects of human resources across our global footprint. You will ensure that HR practices are consistent and compliant with local regulations while supporting the overall business strategy.  This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of international HR dynamics and exceptional leadership, problem-solving, and project management skills.

In this role, you will:

  • Ensure efficient and effective HR operations, including employee day-to-day inquiries, benefits administration, data management, onboarding, offboarding, immigration, reporting, and analytics.  
  • Create, review, and update global HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local and international labor laws.
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with global employment laws and regulations, including data protection and labor standards.
  • Work closely with regional HR teams and business leaders to support global HR initiatives and address regional challenges.
  • Support organizational change initiatives, including mergers, acquisitions, and restructuring efforts.
  • Oversee deployments and integration of HR systems and AI technologies to enhance data accuracy, simplify processes and support, and drive operational efficiency.
  • Mentor and develop people operation team members, providing guidance and support to enhance their professional growth and ensure alignment with organizational goals.

We would love to hear from you if:

  • You have extensive HR experience (minimum 10 years), including experience in global HR roles or managing HR functions across multiple regions.
  • You have a proven track record of developing and implementing HR strategies and policies on a global scale.
  • You have a strong understanding of international employment laws and compliance requirements.
  • You have excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively.
  • You are proficient in HRIS systems and data analysis tools.
  • You can manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, global environment.
  • You hold relevant HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR)

This is a hybrid, Santa Clara, CA-based role. Employees are expected to work from the office on three pre-scheduled, company-wide “core days” each month to encourage cross-team connection and in-person collaboration. The salary range for this position is $140,000 to $170,000 plus equity. In addition to salary and equity, you will receive comprehensive healthcare, paid time off, and other benefits.
