Global Government Product Manager

Job Description
As a Global Government Product Manager you will lead the product vision, strategy, and roadmap. You will work closely with our engineering and intelligence team and lean into delivery component of product management. You will be the product owner of your domain and provide support to the engineering team while delivering cross-functional value to stakeholders.
What you will do:

Define Strider’s products, from strategy and solution design to roadmap and delivery plans.

Build data-driven products at scale through partnerships with Design and Engineering Teams.

Manage the entire product life cycle, from ideation to execution.

Operate cross-functionally and build strong relationships within Strider and with key external partners.

Foster an environment that enables the team to execute quickly on the right things, while maintaining high quality.

Expected to lead the process of making recommendations and setting technical requirements for overall functionality, new initiatives and other enhancements.
What you will need to be successful:

Bachelors Degree – Design or similar preferred, but not required

6+ years of experience delivering highly successful and innovative software products.

Passion for creative, resourceful problem solving.

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and teams - work prioritization, planning, and task delegation.

Demonstrated ability to coordinate software projects with engineering teams.
Nice to haves:
-
Experience in fast-paced start-up SASS enviornment
-
Strong understanding/experience with product discovery including qualitative and quantitative analysis, customer and market analysis, and experimenting and testing.

Strong understand/experience with product design including hypothesis testing, problem identification, building and scaling MVP based development.

Engineering Experience prior to moving to product management of high level of interaction with engineering.

Able to understand and sympathize with engineering challenges and technical struggles of a highly technical product.
