Workplace Experience Manager

Job Summary
We are seeking an organized and proactive Workplace Experience Manager to take charge of the daily operations of our office. The ideal candidate will ensure our workspace is welcoming, functional, and efficient while supporting the needs of our growing team. This role is central to maintaining a productive office environment, overseeing facilities, coordinating daily lunch services, managing office supplies, and fostering team morale through events and celebrations.
Key Responsibilities
Office & Facilities Management
- Coordinate maintenance requests, cleanliness expectations, and office improvements with janitorial and property management teams.
- Manage incoming and outgoing packages and mail.
- Ensure the office and conference rooms are clean, organized, and well-stocked.
Kitchen & Lunch Coordination
- Keep the kitchen stocked, clean, and operational, including maintaining kitchen appliances.
- Manage and order daily lunches for the team, ensuring a diverse menu, accommodating dietary needs, and providing enough food for everyone.
- Maintain and share a weekly lunch menu.
Office Supplies & Stocking
- Order snacks, beverages, and office supplies weekly, ensuring adequate inventory for the team.
Team Member Experience & Onboarding
- Welcome and onboard new team members, introducing them to the office and team culture.
- Prepare and manage new team member swag and maintain inventory for current team members.
- Assist with monitoring visitors, ensuring they are welcomed and have a workspace if needed.
Team Engagement & Morale
- Plan and execute office-wide activities and celebrations frequently to foster community and boost morale.
- Organize and manage company-wide milestone celebrations to recognize achievements and success.
- Plan and coordinate the annual company Christmas party, ensuring a memorable event for all team members.
- Take ownership of planning and sourcing team member gifts each year, including deciding on gift options.
Key Qualifications
- Proven experience in office management, facilities coordination, or a similar role.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a positive, professional demeanor.
- Ability to work independently and manage changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic proficiency with office software (e.g., Google Workspace, Microsoft Office).
- 1-2 years of related experience preferred.
