About Us

Stronghold Investment Management (“Stronghold,” “SIM,” or “the Firm”) is a technology-driven, vertically integrated investment manager focused on real-assets and related private markets. Ultimately, Stronghold intends to apply its technology-intensive investment approach to a variety of specialist real assets verticals, including:

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day business operations of Stronghold Management India and ensure smooth and efficient functioning.
• Lead site operations and transformation projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Drive operational excellence through continuous improvement initiatives.
• Develop and implement strategies to scale and mature the operations of the Bangalore office.
• Collaborate with global and local teams to manage and execute business management processes.
• Work closely with the General Manager to align business operations with broader organizational goals.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and corporate policies.
• Manage budgets, optimize resource allocation, and improve operational efficiencies.
• Develop and mentor a high-performing team that supports business growth and operational excellence.
• Identify and mitigate risks to ensure sustainable and scalable operations.
• Prepare regular reports and updates on operational performance and progress towards business objectives.
• Act as a key point of contact for stakeholders, both internally and externally.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Experience: 10+ years of experience managing operations, with a focus on global capability centers (GCCs), business operations, or site management.
• Strong background in tech, financial services, or fintech industries is preferred.
• Proven experience in leading transformation projects and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
• Excellent strategic and analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage cross-functional teams.
• Demonstrated success in managing budgets and optimizing operational processes.
• Knowledge of local regulatory requirements and compliance frameworks.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
