Summary:
Join Sustainable Talent as an Executive Recruitment Coordinator supporting a leading automotive company. This role is crucial in delivering exceptional experiences to executive-level candidates and stakeholders throughout the recruitment process, while building trusted partnerships and serving as a strong brand representative.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary liaison between executive recruiters, senior leaders, and candidates, ensuring clear and professional communication.
- Coordinate all aspects of the executive search process, including scheduling meetings, interviews, travel, and debriefs.
- Prepare and maintain search materials, reports, and accurate data within recruiting systems.
- Manage requisition setup, offer documentation, and candidate recognition efforts.
- Partner with stakeholders to ensure smooth candidate experiences from first contact through onboarding.
- Support event planning, referral tracking, and recruiting communications.
- Anticipate needs, adapt quickly to shifting priorities, and suggest process improvements to enhance efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 6+ years of experience in executive search coordination, administrative support, or project coordination.
- Adept at working in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment.
- Problem solver with the ability to address challenges in high-pressure situations.
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
Preferred Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently with senior leaders and executives.
- Ability to navigate complex organizational structures to complete tasks efficiently.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and collaboration technologies.
- A passion for learning and growth within talent acquisition.
- Comfortable managing ambiguity and adapting quickly to evolving priorities.
