Summary:

Join Sustainable Talent as an Executive Recruitment Coordinator supporting a leading automotive company. This role is crucial in delivering exceptional experiences to executive-level candidates and stakeholders throughout the recruitment process, while building trusted partnerships and serving as a strong brand representative.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary liaison between executive recruiters, senior leaders, and candidates, ensuring clear and professional communication.
  • Coordinate all aspects of the executive search process, including scheduling meetings, interviews, travel, and debriefs.
  • Prepare and maintain search materials, reports, and accurate data within recruiting systems.
  • Manage requisition setup, offer documentation, and candidate recognition efforts.
  • Partner with stakeholders to ensure smooth candidate experiences from first contact through onboarding.
  • Support event planning, referral tracking, and recruiting communications.
  • Anticipate needs, adapt quickly to shifting priorities, and suggest process improvements to enhance efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 6+ years of experience in executive search coordination, administrative support, or project coordination.
  • Adept at working in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment.
  • Problem solver with the ability to address challenges in high-pressure situations.
  • Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities.

Preferred Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently with senior leaders and executives.
  • Ability to navigate complex organizational structures to complete tasks efficiently.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and collaboration technologies.
  • A passion for learning and growth within talent acquisition.
  • Comfortable managing ambiguity and adapting quickly to evolving priorities.
