We're currently seeking passionate individuals who are excited about the opportunity to contribute to an industry-shaping company while growing their own skills and careers.

The Role

We're looking for a Paid Media Manager who can own a region end-to-end — from campaign strategy to pipeline delivery. You'll work across Google Ads, Reddit, X, LinkedIn, and programmatic channels to generate qualified pipeline for the sales team.

This isn't a role where you follow a playbook. You'll own your region's campaign architecture, make budget decisions, and work directly with sales on pipeline alignment. We move fast, test constantly, and measure everything against pipeline and revenue — not vanity metrics.

A few things this role is not: it's not a generalist demand gen role — no webinars, gated eBooks, or field events. It's not an agency management role — you are the operator. And it's not primarily SEO, content, or social media. This is paid media, end-to-end.

We use AI tools extensively across the team. You don't need to be an AI engineer, but you should be comfortable working with AI in your day-to-day — whether that's using LLMs for research and copy, automating repetitive tasks, or just being someone who naturally reaches for a smarter way to work.

How We Work
• Small, high-leverage team with real autonomy
• Pipeline-obsessed: everything ties back to SQOs and revenue
• Direct access to leadership
• AI-forward and multi-channel

What You'll Do

Campaign Strategy & Execution
• Own campaign architecture for your assigned region — products, audiences, channels, funnels
• Build, launch, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, Reddit, X, and programmatic platforms
• Design and manage ABM programs targeting named accounts in coordination with sales
• Make budget allocation decisions based on performance data and pipeline impact
• Launch localized campaigns where needed — adapting the value proposition, not just translating copy

Regional Ownership & Sales Alignment
• Serve as the dedicated demand gen partner for your regional sales team
• Run weekly pipeline alignment — your metric is SQOs and pipeline, not leads or MQLs
• Feed regional insights back to the team — search terms, audience signals, competitive intel
• Present regional performance to leadership with full context

Continuous Improvement
• Automate what can be automated — focus your time on what moves the needle
• Contribute to team-wide improvements in how we build, optimize, and report on campaigns
• Stay sharp on platform changes, new ad formats, and competitive landscape

What You Bring

• 3-5 years hands-on B2B paid media experience — you've built campaigns across Google Ads and LinkedIn, not just managed an agency doing it
• Experience managing $50K+/month across multiple channels
• B2B SaaS or tech background — you understand the full funnel from lead to pipeline and optimize toward revenue
• Comfortable using AI tools in your workflow
• Analytical — you spot patterns in campaign data and make budget decisions based on evidence, not gut feel
• Strong communicator — you'll work directly with sales, present to leadership, and collaborate across timezones
• Comfortable with ambiguity — you'll help define what demand gen looks like for your region

What Makes You Stand Out

• StackAdapt, Reddit Ads, or programmatic DSP experience
• ABM platform experience (Demandbase, 6sense, or similar)
• Multi-market regional experience
• You've used Python, SQL, or no-code tools to solve marketing problems
• Salesforce reporting and pipeline attribution experience
• Familiarity with CPaaS, telecom, APIs, or developer-focused products

Race & Ethnicity Definitions

If you believe you belong to any of the categories of protected veterans listed below, please indicate by making the appropriate selection. As a government contractor subject to the Vietnam Era Veterans Readjustment Assistance Act (VEVRAA), we request this information in order to measure the effectiveness of the outreach and positive recruitment efforts we undertake pursuant to VEVRAA. Classification of protected categories is as follows:

A "disabled veteran" is one of the following: a veteran of the U.S. military, ground, naval or air service who is entitled to compensation (or who but for the receipt of military retired pay would be entitled to compensation) under laws administered by the Secretary of Veterans Affairs; or a person who was discharged or released from active duty because of a service-connected disability.

Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
