Your Role:
The Senior HRIS Analyst will be a critical member of our HRIS Team’s Workday efforts to support the company goals and direction. In this role as a Senior HRIS Analyst you will be responsible for HRIS set up and maintenance, changes, reporting, testing and troubleshooting, process improvements, data integrity, systems security, and project and year-end support. The position will assist in HRIS related projects as needed.
Your Opportunity:

Work closely with the HRIS team collaborating with internal Human Resources customers to analyze HRIS requirements, develop and implement various HRIS processes and procedures

Design, develop, and maintain custom integrations using Workday Studio to support business processes and data exchange between Workday and external systems

Maintain documentation and procedures for audit and tracking of tasks

Troubleshoot problems, conduct workflow analysis and streamline processes to improve overall efficiency, and efficient use of technology

Assist in the training of new users and new processes/functionality as needed

Prepare new reports from HRIS (Workday), and manipulate existing report variables in order to generate ad-hoc reports

Responsible for data integrity and quality assurance of all data

Perform configuration changes in accordance with application procedures

Provide production support to ensure business processes execute as planned

Deploy application changes in a timely & quality manner

Regularly assess the current state of services and proactively identify areas of opportunity for improvement

Maintain system configuration, reporting, and calculated field designs

Interpret business requirements into specifications for the HRIS application

Assist with testing and implementation of file feeds and interfaces for any add-on technology to our HRIS as needed

Execute and/or monitor all scheduled import/export interfaces and files to third party vendors

Execute internal processes and perform audits in order to ensure the integrity of all systems

Audit and review changes within HRIS to ensure proper controls and separation of duties and assist in establishing new controls, as needed

Aid in coordinating system and security administration for HRIS related systems as needed

May perform other duties and responsibilities that management may deem necessary from time to time
What You'll Need:
-
Bachelors degree with 5+ years of experience in Human Resources

Previous experience working with Workday (HR, Benefits, Compensation, Performance Management, Time Tracking, Absence Management, and Organizational Design)

Hands-on experience developing complex integrations using Workday Studio, including custom inbound/outbound integrations, error handling, and debugging

Experience managing the integration process of various Workday services - specifically Cloud Connect for Third Party Payroll

Working knowledge of the following functional areas: Human Resources, Benefits, Compensation and Talent Management

Ability to collaborate with internal customers to define deployment expectations and ensure consistency with strategic direction

Organized, detail-oriented, and have exceptional written and verbal communication skills
-
Self-starter that possesses a strong desire to seek optimal solutions and share discoveries

Excellent analytical problem-solving capabilities

Intermediate experience with Microsoft Excel (e.g. Macros, pivot tables, advanced charts/graphs, conditional formatting, data tables, basic programming) and PowerPoint functionality

Ability to combine Human Resource knowledge with information retrieval skills

Ability to manage deliverables in a fast-paced environment

This is the base pay range for this position. Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, location and experience, and may fall outside of the range shown. Employees are also eligible for variable compensation in addition to base pay (commission for sales roles, bonus for non-sales roles), depending on company and individual performance. US Pay Ranges
$107,000 - $143,000 USD
