
Logistics Specialist, Supply Chain

Tenstorrent is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Logistics Specialist to join our Supply Chain team. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting day-to-day logistics operations, ensuring the accurate and timely movement of components, development hardware, and finished goods. The ideal candidate brings a proactive mindset and proven experience in both international and domestic shipping, particularly within high-tech or electronics industries.
This role is hybrid, based out of Toronto, ON.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate daily inbound and outbound shipments of Components and finished systems.

Work closely with Engineering, Sales and Manufacturing Partners for Coordination of orders and shipments Globally.
- Ensure all shipments comply with company procedures, trade regulations, and documentation requirements.
- Track and trace shipments; proactively address delivery delays or issues with freight forwarders and 3PLs.
- Prepare and verify shipping documentation (commercial invoices, AWBs/BOLs, packing lists, COO, etc.).
- Support customs clearance processes by ensuring accurate HS codes, values, and declarations.
- Maintain logistics records and update ERP or inventory systems with shipment details.
- Collaborate with procurement, operations, and engineering teams to ensure timely deliveries for NPI and production.
- Communicate with logistics providers to confirm service levels, schedules, and pricing.
- Support logistics cost tracking and invoice reconciliation.

Assist in continuous improvement efforts across transportation and shipping processes.

Work closely with 3PL service providers for any Warehousing and fulfillment related operational issues.

Manages Shipment receipts and issuance to internal teams as well as customers.

Manages e-Commerce orders and work with Manufacturing parts for order processing and shipping.
Experience & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or college diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, International Trade, or a related field.

3+ years of experience in logistics, shipping, or trade compliance, preferably in IT/Technology Sector
- Solid understanding of Incoterms, international shipping processes, and customs regulations.
- Experience with logistics systems and ERP tools (e.g., Oracle, SAP, NetSuite).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and respond to time-sensitive issues.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills across departments and vendors.
