This role is hybrid, based out of Toronto, ON.

Who You Are
- Rock star in logistics, shipping, warehousing, inventory management and extensive experience in tariffs & trade compliance—especially in tech/ IT hardware.
- Skilled in juggling details across time zones, vendors, and teams without missing a beat.
- Great at keeping things moving and communicating clearly.
- Solid Experience in both Forward and Reverse Logistics.
- Experienced with global shipping terms, customs documentation, and ERP systems—bonus points for SAP or NetSuite.
What We Need
- Coordinate inbound and outbound global shipments of components and systems.
- Manage documentation, customs details, and delivery timelines with freight forwarders and 3PLs.
Track, trace, and troubleshoot shipments—solving issues before they cause delays. - Align with engineering, sales, and manufacturing to keep production and NPI on schedule.
