Database Management Specialist

Position Summary
The Database Management Specialist is responsible for building and managing the client relationship management system. The specialist will administer and oversee lead data management, data cleansing, and manipulation, statistical reporting and analysis, support Salesforce Engage list view management, and prospect research. This position will provide support to the Business Development, Marketing, and Admissions teams through database reporting, analytics, and administrative support.

How Database Management Specialists Empower Recovery:
- Oversee the daily operation of the CRM databases (and SalesForce), to track and analyze information on potential and current referral sources, and Business Development, Admissions, and Marketing activities.
- Collaborate with Business Development, Marketing, and Admissions teams to gather reporting requirements and deliver customized solutions to support their goals.
- Administer and configure CRM databases (and SalesForce) to align with the specific needs of the Business Development, Marketing, and Admissions teams, including managing user access, profiles, and permissions.
- Analyze CRM databases (and SalesForce) data and provide actionable insights to support strategic decision-making across teams.
- Perform ad-hoc reporting and data analysis as required, addressing specific business needs or urgent inquiries.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues to ensure continuity of business operations.
- Responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of the data, including input and output, technology management, and end-user training and support.
- Responsible for oversight of, including creating, implementing, maintaining, and editing, policies and standard operating procedures related to client relationship management system management.
- Design and prepare Salesforce and Excel-based reports to track KPIs and activity, productivity, and referral reports to accurately gauge the success of Business development, Admissions, and Marketing initiatives to contribute to Business Development, Admissions, and Marketing strategy and workflow design based on analyses completed.
- Manage the user support, consultation, and financial relationships with external CRM vendor(s).
- Develop and maintain efficient systems for data cleansing, data entry, market and provider research, and relationship management.
- Collaborate with teams across the agency to ensure streamlined processes for the agency and Communications team
- Manage and work with vendors on prospect lists and import all data into Salesforce.
- Coordinate and plan for future data conversions/upgrades as needed.
- Maintain at all times the confidentiality of proprietary information, which includes but is not limited to, trade secrets, sensitive company information, and generally any company information not made available to the public.
- Maintain at all times the confidentiality of former and current Emily Program clients’ protected health information, as directed by state and federal law, and Emily Program policy.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Education Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Data Analytics, Information Technology, or
a related field preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Data Analytics, Information Technology, or
Professional Qualifications:
- Complex database management experience required.
- Advanced working knowledge of Salesforce preferred.
- SalesForce certification preferred.
- Experience in healthcare is preferred.
- Experience interfacing with business and technical teams
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, specifically advanced knowledge of Excel
