Sr. Salesforce Revenue Cloud Consultant (Managed Services Team)
Location: Remote (WFH) - Manila, Philippines Metro Area (with availability during US time zones)

Exciting news – Thunder has expanded its horizons, and we are seeking a talented and versatile Salesforce CPQ Senior Consultant to join our newly formed, dynamic Managed Services Team (Amplify). This role demands proficiency in analytical business acumen and consulting experience in Salesforce CPQ.
Ideal candidates will demonstrate previous consulting and hands-on experience in Salesforce CPQ and within Revenue Cloud or Salesforce Billing and will partner with the Practice Leader and Technical Architect to comply with best practices related to solution design, documentation, and guidelines. Duties and Responsibilities:
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce, implementing solutions using the Salesforce CPQ & Revenue Cloud or Salesforce Billing out of the box functionalities and custom codes as and when required.
- Hands-on experience working with data sources, APIs, and integration tools to ensure seamless data flow and accurate data management within the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Experience with data management and governance best practices including privacy and consent.
- Detailed understanding of the development of modules within Salesforce and how those modules tie into a broader solution.
- Broad understanding of SDLC concepts as well as system design including REST APIs, OAuth 2.0, SOAP.
- Proficiency in programming using Salesforce.com, Java, JavaScript, and XML and their use in the development of CRM solutions.
- Champion the adoption of reusable architecture assets to improve efficiency (including adding to Thunder’s solutions and accelerators!).
- Produce documentation to aid in the understanding of existing architecture solutions.
- Mentor CPQ Consultants, and other junior members across Thunder.
Qualifications
- 5+ years’ of consulting and developing experience within the Salesforce partner/consulting ecosystem, especially CPQ & Revenue Cloud/Salesforce Billing, Sales Cloud, Field Service, and/or Experience Cloud
- At least 1 year in leading projects within Salesforce CPQ (and/or Revenue Cloud/Salesforce Billing)
- Preferably with experience integrating Salesforce CPQ and Docusign
- Demonstrable capability in solutioning and developing independently for a variety of clients (including complex, Enterprise engagements)
- Comprehensive knowledge of software, application, and platforms, and working knowledge of business modeling, governance and operations
- At least 3 Active Salesforce Certifications + willingness to achieve 5 Active Salesforce certifications within your first 6 months of employment
- Required:
- Salesforce Certified Administrator
- Salesforce App Builder
- CPQ Specialist
- Preferred:
- Revenue Cloud Accredited Professional
- Billing Specialist Superbadge
- Advanced Billing Specialist Superbadge
- Industries CPQ Developer Certification
- OmniStudio Consultant Certification
- Any related DocuSign certifications
- Required:
- Willingness to achieve additional certifications on emerging technologies as required per role
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think analytically.
- Ability to work flexible hours to align with US time zones as required by project work.
- Understanding of Salesforce best practices, design patterns, and limitations.
- Strong business processes, process documentation, and process improvement skills
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Strong language skills - fluency in English, both written and verbal.
