
Brand Partnerships Manager
True Classic is seeking a dynamic and strategic Brand Partnerships Manager to lead our B2B collaborations, sponsorships, and experiential activations. This role is critical in driving engagement, revenue, and cultural relevance through high-impact brand alliances, including partnerships with top-tier organizations such as the UFC, LA Rams, and LA Clippers. Sitting at the intersection of brand, marketing, and business development, this role will own the execution of co-branded initiatives that bring our brand to life and deliver measurable business results.
All True Classic roles are global and omni-channel, with accountability across product categories, markets, and sales channels. This role will influence global strategy and execution.
This role is based in our Calabasas, CA headquarters and requires in-office presence.
Key Areas of Accountability
Partnership Execution & Management
- Lead execution of B2B and sports partnership campaigns in alignment with brand and business objectives
- Manage timelines, deliverables, and approvals across internal and external stakeholders
- Coordinate co-branded asset development with creative and partner teams
Sponsorship & Co-Branded Initiatives
- Project manage sponsorship campaigns from kickoff through launch
- Collaborate with brand, creative, and performance teams to ensure alignment and impact
- Deliver campaigns on time and in line with partner expectations
Brand Activations & Events
- Plan and execute physical and digital activations tied to major brand or partner moments (e.g., game-day integrations, fan experiences)
- Manage event logistics, vendor relationships, and brand standards throughout execution
Performance Tracking & ROI
- Track partnership performance in collaboration with analytics and growth teams
- Analyze results, surface insights, and create wrap reports for internal and partner use
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Marketing & Creative: Align messaging, creative execution, and performance goals
- Finance & Legal: Support contract negotiation, budgeting, and compliance
- Product & Merchandising: Align on co-branded product strategies and capsule drops
- Analytics & Ops: Leverage internal data to model revenue and engagement impact
Qualifications
- 2+ years in brand partnerships, sponsorship, or marketing campaign execution
- Strong project management, organizational, and stakeholder communication skills
- Experience with performance tracking and reporting
- Familiarity with contract negotiation and cross-functional collaboration
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in DTC, apparel, or performance marketing environments
- Network within sports, entertainment, lifestyle, or consumer tech industries
- Background in experiential/event marketing
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Asana)
- Passion for brand storytelling and cultural relevance
Skills & Competencies
- Technical: CRM tools, Google Suite, data dashboards, project management software
- Soft: Strategic thinking, negotiation, cross-functional leadership, attention to detail, creative problem-solving
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary Range: $90K -$120K (dependent on experience)
