About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Executive to join our team and drive new business growth in the mobile app and commerce categories. The ideal candidate will have:
- Deep knowledge of mobile technology & self-serve buying interfaces
- Existing key marketing decision-maker relationships
- Skilled at optimizing client campaigns for success
As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for promoting Tubi’s innovative solutions to performance agencies and direct clients, ensuring alignment with their acquisition and retention goals.
In this role, you will work closely with key internal stakeholders to develop strategic insights, optimize campaign performance, and help clients maximize their return on investment using Tubi's suite of proprietary tools and technology. You will act as a trusted advisor, driving adoption and engagement, while ensuring the seamless execution of campaigns across multiple channels.
This position reports to Vice President of Mid Market & Performance and is hybrid with in-office attendance 3 days per week, Tuesday - Thursday, at one of Tubi’s office locations in San Francisco, Los Angeles, Chicago, or New York.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including performance agencies and direct app developers in the mobile apps and gaming industries.
- Evangelize Tubi's platform and capabilities, identifying new business opportunities and contributing to growth targets.
- Provide strategic guidance to clients on how to leverage Tubi’s tools and platform to achieve acquisition and retention objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, marketing, operations) to ensure client success and campaign optimization.
- Lead client presentations, demos, and strategic discussions to communicate the value of Tubi’s offerings.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Drive the end-to-end sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, while maintaining a focus on long-term client relationships.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years experience in a quota carrying sales role within the mobile apps or commerce industries, preferably selling through self serve.
- Strong understanding of mobile app advertising, performance marketing, and user acquisition strategies.
- Technical proficiency with mobile advertising platforms, campaign tracking, and data analytics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- A proactive, self-starter mentality with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Passion for mobile technology and gaming, with a deep understanding of industry trends and innovations.
- Travel to clients and agencies as needed ~25%
Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is listed annually below. This role is also eligible for a sales incentive compensation plan, various benefits, including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents.
