About the Role:
Tubi is seeking a solutions-oriented Temp Recruiter to support hiring across our Engineering and Product teams while also flexing across other business functions as needed. This role will specialize in early to mid-career talent acquisition, with an additional focus on international and contingent workforce hiring.
This is a high-impact role requiring strong full-cycle recruitment expertise, strategic sourcing skills, and stakeholder management experience. You will partner closely with hiring managers and HR teams to ensure an efficient and data-driven hiring process. We are looking for a multi-disciplined people connector who can help us attract, onboard, and retain world-class, mission-aligned talent.
This is a hybrid individual contributor role based in Los Angeles or San Francisco, reporting to our Director of Talent Acquisition.
What You'll Do:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment with a strong focus on technical hiring, while also supporting hiring across other business functions as needed.
- Source, engage, and assess early to mid-career talent, ensuring a strong pipeline for both permanent and temporary roles.
- Develop and implement innovative hiring strategies to attract diverse, high-quality candidates across technical and non-technical domains.
- Drive temp and contingent workforce hiring initiatives, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry best practices.
- Build and maintain strong hiring manager relationships, providing insights and guidance on talent market trends.
- Utilize data-driven decision-making to evaluate sourcing effectiveness, candidate experience, and process improvements.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, coaching them on best practices in recruitment, interviewing, and selection.
- Maintain data integrity across all talent platforms, ensuring accurate reporting and tracking of key hiring metrics.

Your Background:
- 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with at least 2+ years in technical hiring.
- Experience recruiting early to mid-career talent across technical and business domains.
- Prior experience with temp or contingent hiring is strongly preferred.
- Strong experience in strategic sourcing, behavioral interviewing, and stakeholder management.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive hiring results efficiently.
- Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
- Experience working with Greenhouse and Gem is a plus!
Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is listed annually below. This role is also eligible for various benefits including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents.
