About this Role:
As part of our rapid growth, we’re looking for a dynamic sales executive with extensive digital experience that can leverage their expertise and strong Midwest agency and client relationships to rapidly accelerate Tubi’s growth within the territory. The ideal candidate thrives in fast paced environments where critical thinking, strong collaboration, and fun, positive energy rule the day.
What You’ll Do:
- Develop and manage key relationships with a strong emphasis on decision makers at the client level and with agency strategy teams
- Create and execute on consultative sales strategies to demonstrate how Tubi’s advertising solutions—primarily in CTV—can enhance a client’s visibility, build consumer connections, and drive measurable results
- Work collaboratively with your split partners to ensure seamless communication in all aspects of account management and use that information, directionally, to drive positive outcomes
- Lead full-funnel campaign development autonomously, helping brands drive awareness, consideration, and conversion through tailored media strategies
- Leverage data-driven insights to optimize campaign performance and deliver measurable ROI for partners
- Stay ahead of industry trends, and communicate those in ways that benefit the industry, Tubi, and/or our clients
- Mentor new and existing team members as we look to maintain world class talent at every level of the organization
- Proactively identify and capitalize on opportunities to enhance competitive advantage
Your Background:
- 5+ years of experience in digital media sales. A strong knowledge of the CTV space, and the competitive landscape is preferred. Meaningful and productive relationships at the client level are ideal
- Proven success in building and growing partnerships with national clients and agencies, especially those located in the Chicago market and throughout the Midwest territory
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate digital media strategies into actionable business solutions
- Passion for the evolving CTV media landscape and how brands can leverage real-time engagement
- BA / BS degree or equivalent experience
