About the Role
As Senior Product Manager, AI Integration, you will be responsible for building operational tooling and automation leveraging AI to make teams at Tubi save time, be more efficient, and land bigger impact. This is a role for a builder at heart, someone who thrives on creating systems that automate complex processes. You will be a key part of our effort to become an AI-driven company and deliver delight to our audiences across the globe. You will work closely with every org across the company, including sales, marketing, finance, legal, product, engineering, revenue operations, and more. What You’ll Do
- Own the AI Tooling Roadmap: Define the strategy, success metrics, and quarterly OKRs for developing and deploying internal AI-powered tools and automation.
- Drive Cross-Functional Impact: Partner with stakeholders from all departments to identify high-impact opportunities for AI integration, streamline workflows, and solve complex operational challenges.
- Champion AI Transformation: Lead the charge in embedding AI-driven automation across the company, evangelizing the potential of new technologies to enhance efficiency and decision-making.
- Lead Product Lifecycle: Manage the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from ideation and requirements gathering to launch, measurement, and iteration of AI solutions.
- Systematize Operational Efficiency: Create systems and frameworks to measure time saved, efficiency gains, and the overall business impact of the AI tools you build.
- Influence and Educate: Translate complex AI concepts into clear product requirements and educate partners across Engineering, Data Science, Ad Sales, and Marketing on how to leverage new tools for maximum benefit.
- Run Program Reviews: Manage vendor relationships, internal development sprints, and executive readouts on program progress, acting as the product voice for our internal AI initiatives.
Your Background
- 5+ years of product management experience, with at least 2 years focused on building AI/ML-powered products, internal tools, or enterprise SaaS platforms.
- Hands-on experience with modern AI/ML stacks and a passion for building automation. You have working knowledge of LLM orchestration frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LlamaIndex), vector databases, and have experience building agentic systems using APIs from providers like OpenAI, Anthropic, and Google.
- A knack for rapid prototyping, leveraging AI-powered code generation tools (e.g., Cursor, Copilot) to quickly build and test new concepts.
- Demonstrated success in launching products that deliver significant automation and efficiency gains at scale.
- Proven ability to work effectively with a wide range of cross-functional teams, including non-technical stakeholders in departments like sales, finance, and marketing.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate ambiguous business needs into concrete product requirements and solutions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills; able to inspire teams and champion a vision for an AI-driven future.
- Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field–or equivalent relevant experience.
Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is is listed annually below. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, long-term incentive plan, and various benefits including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents.
