Job Overview: The Field Marketing Manager will drive demand generation and sales pipeline acceleration through strategic field marketing initiatives. This role emphasizes event coordination, lead generation, and aligning marketing efforts with sales and customer priorities. It offers a dynamic growth opportunity within field marketing and broader marketing functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Field Marketing Program Management:
- Generate leads and support sales growth through well-executed marketing programs.
- Event Coordination & Execution:
- Organize various events, from happy hours to industry events, ensuring smooth logistics, budgeting, vendor management, and on-time delivery.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work with Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams to align marketing efforts with business needs.
- Performance Tracking:
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing recommendations for optimization.
- Campaign Development:
- Contribute to marketing campaigns targeting customer acquisition, with an emphasis on verticals like Retail, CPG, BFSI, and High Tech.
- Customer Success Story Amplification:
- Collaborate with internal teams to showcase case studies and success stories.
- Ongoing Support:
- Provide operational support for field marketing initiatives to ensure alignment with broader strategies.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Experience:
- 2-4 years in event coordination or field marketing, in a B2B tech or SaaS setting.
- Skills:
- Strong project management and budgeting experience.
- Vendor management and logistics coordination skills are essential.
- Communication:
- Excellent written and verbal communication to convey strategies, outcomes, and project requirements effectively.
- Initiative:
- Proactive and solutions-oriented, with a track record of taking ownership of projects.
- Collaboration:
- Ability to collaborate with multiple internal teams (Sales, Product, Customer Success).
- Growth Potential:
- Eagerness to expand into broader marketing roles, including ABM and custom experiential marketing.
- Technical Skills:
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to track and report on campaign performance.
