The Performance Marketing Analyst is responsible for leading Demand Analytics for multi-channel Demand Generation campaigns, providing valuable feedback on marketing’s impact on revenue generation. This position will work closely with stakeholders from both marketing and sales functions, tracking the impact of Demand Gen initiatives, while playing a key role in strategic implementation of projects to drive Demand for Turing’s services. The role also includes working closely with the outbound email marketing team at Turing for analytical inputs on targeting and communications strategy, assessing the impact of email marketing towards demand generation. 

Responsibilities:

  • Track lead conversion funnel incorporating multiple touch points across different marketing channels including email, SEO, paid ads, events, organic, etc. to assess the impact of marketing campaigns on Demand Generation and revenue pipeline
  • Set up effective processes to ensure movement of leads through the pipeline, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure execution of set processes
  • Analyse key pain points of the different buyer personas involved in deal conversion, providing providing valuable feedback on targeting and communications strategy
  • Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement in channel-mix, buyer journey strategy, targeting, and messaging, thereby maximizing downstream impact on revenue generation
  • Support outbound email strategy, including planning, design, execution, and analysis of email campaigns
  • Create and execute email nurture strategies to drive engaged contacts towards conversion
  • Collaborate with stakeholders within marketing and sales to ensure that email campaigns are aligned with overall marketing goals

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree. MBA is a plus
  • Excellent data analysis skills. Experience with MS excel, other analytical tools
  • Proficiency in SQL, writing custom queries for analysis and creating dashboards for visualization
  • Experience working with marketing tools such as Hubspot, Salesforce, and Google Analytics. Experience working with multi-touch marketing attribution tools (like Dreamdata) is preferred
  • Understanding of ABM strategies and marketing analytics.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • 2+ years of experience in a startup environment. Experience with remote work preferred
