About the Role:
We are looking for a high-performing SDR/BDR to join our inside sales team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in enterprise sales development, focusing on prospect qualification and setting up high-value meetings with Account Executives through cold calls and multi-channel outreach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct high-volume outreach (calls, emails, LinkedIn) to engage potential clients.
- Identify and qualify prospects, ensuring they meet key business criteria.
- Set up discovery meetings for Account Executives, driving pipeline growth.
- Develop tailored pitches to communicate our AI tech services/staffing solutions.
- Track and report sales activities in CRM to ensure data-driven decision-making.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in enterprise sales development (SDR/BDR role).
- Background in AI tech services or US recruitment, with a strong ability to qualify leads and initiate meaningful sales conversations.
- Strong cold-calling skills with experience in high-volume, quality outreach.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales engagement platforms.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
