About the Role
We are seeking a seasoned Strategy & Operations Lead- Turing Intelligence with deep expertise in the Services domain to drive operational excellence and lead strategic initiatives across our growing organization. The ideal candidate brings a strong consulting background and a proven ability to structure complex business challenges, develop actionable strategies, and implement scalable operational improvements.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute strategic initiatives to optimize and scale services operations, delivering measurable business outcomes.
- Collaborate closely with senior leaders, sales, client engagement, and delivery teams to align operational strategies with business goals.
- Conduct market analysis, competitive benchmarking, and operational assessments to identify opportunities and improve efficiency.
- Develop business cases and financial models to support strategic decisions at the executive level.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives, ensuring strong stakeholder engagement, timely execution, and effective change management.
- Implement robust operational frameworks and KPIs to track performance, mitigate risks, and recommend corrective actions.
- Create and deliver compelling executive-level presentations, clearly communicating complex ideas to internal stakeholders and clients.
Qualifications
- 8–10 years of experience in Strategy & Operations, preferably within the Services industry or top-tier management consulting firms.
- Proven success in developing and implementing strategic and operational frameworks across large, matrixed organizations.
- Strong understanding of service delivery models, operational optimization, and process improvement methodologies.
- Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and strategic thinking abilities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience working closely with senior leadership.
- Demonstrated track record of leading complex projects across cross-functional and global teams.
- Proficiency in executive-level presentations, financial analysis, and performance measurement tools.
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in digital transformation, technology services, or professional services environments.
- Certifications in project management, Lean, Six Sigma, or Agile methodologies.
- Familiarity with SaaS platforms, talent marketplaces, or AI-powered business solutions.
