Roles and Responsibilities:
- Manage the complete wellness journey of corporate employees enrolled in the Evergreen program through virtual coaching sessions, follow-ups, and continuous support through phone call or video call.
- Provide structured nutrition, lifestyle, and metabolic wellness counselling to help employees improve their health, energy, weight, and overall wellbeing.
- Speak to members at a defined frequency, ensuring structured conversations that add value, instill motivation, and drive positive health outcomes.
- Build strong rapport with employees to enhance trust, motivation, and program participation.
- Reiterate the role of the Twin Digital Twin technology consistently to enhance understanding, engagement, and trust in the process.
- Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure employees adhere to lifestyle recommendations, tracking their progress and addressing barriers to adherence.
- Review and assess employee data (steps, logs, weight, sleep, activity, etc.) to monitor progress and provide timely, personalized interventions.
- Ensure a smooth and engaging experience for all users through consistent guidance, motivation, and high-quality coaching interactions.
- Maintain strong compliance with program SOPs, documentation, escalation processes, and communication guidelines.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams—Coaching, Physicians, Customer Success, and
- Operations—to deliver seamless care and ensure member satisfaction.
- Conduct occasional on-site workplace visits (as required) to perform wellness sessions, engagement activities, health talks, and employee counselling during corporate events
- Identify eligible employees for the Whole Body Digital Twin (WBDT) program and provide counselling to support their decision-making and conversion.
- Own and achieve KPIs related to:
- Engagement (employee participation, interaction frequency)
- Adherence (compliance with coaching guidance, logging, follow-ups)
- WBDT Conversion (interest → counselling → enrolment)
Your Qualifications and Attributes
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nutrition, Food Science, or Health Science (Master’s Degree preferred).
- NBHWC/ACE Health Coach Certification is an added advantage.
- 3-5 years of experience in health, nutrition, or wellness counselling; corporate wellness experience preferred.
- Proficient in English, Hindi, and relevant regional languages.
- Strong understanding of metabolic health, chronic conditions such as Type 2 Diabetes, and lifestyle medicine principles.
- Passionate about wellness, proactive, and highly motivated to drive positive outcomes.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trusted, long-term relationships with employees.
- High emotional intelligence with strong skills in behaviour change, motivation, and coaching psychology.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using digital coaching tools, dashboards, and health-tracking platforms.
- Organised, detail-oriented, and results-driven with a strong ability to meet KPIs.
- Comfortable handling occasional on-site corporate visits for wellness events and employee interactions.
