About the Role

We are looking for a highly creative and detail-oriented Global Experiences Design Specialist to join our team. This role will be responsible for designing visually compelling event materials, including presentations, digital and print assets, signage, branded video content, and executive-level presentation decks. Proficiency in Google Slides and Adobe Creative Cloud is a must, along with video production experience.

The ideal candidate has experience working on high profile corporate events, understands event branding, building out executive-level presentations and thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Key Responsibilities

Google Slides & Executive Presentations: 

Design high-impact Google Slides presentations for executive meetings, keynotes, board meetings, internal GTM All Hands, and external customer summits.

  • Work closely with leadership teams to refine messaging and ensure visually compelling and strategically aligned presentations.

Event Branding & Collateral:

  • Design event branding materials, including signage, banners, stage backdrops, name badges, etc.
  • Ensure all materials align with the event theme and corporate branding guidelines.
  • Translate complex ideas and data into clear, engaging, and visually impactful presentations and videos.

Video Production:

  • Plan, storyboard, and edit videos for event promotions, speaker intros, sizzle reels, and on-site displays.
  • Capture and edit high-quality video content for all global experiences.
  • Utilize motion graphics and animations to enhance video storytelling.
  • Utilize Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign to create digital and print assets.
  • Leverage Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects for video editing and motion graphics.

Project Management:

  • Manage multiple design and video production projects simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.

Innovation & Trends:

  • Stay up to date with the latest design, video, and event industry trends, continuously bringing fresh, innovative ideas to enhance event and executive presentation experiences.

Qualifications & Skills

  • 3-5 years of experience in graphic design, video production, and presentation design within an event, marketing, or corporate setting.  Must have experience working in high profile, executive level events.
  • Expert-level proficiency in Google Slides, with the ability to create custom layouts, templates, animations, and transitions for executive presentations.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including:
  • Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign (graphic design and branding)
  • Premiere Pro and After Effects (video editing and motion graphics)
  • Video Production & Editing experience using Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar software.
  • Motion Graphics & Animation experience (Adobe After Effects or similar software) is a strong plus.
  • Strong understanding of executive communication, event branding, storytelling, and audience engagement through design and video.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders and respond well to feedback.
  • Highly organized with strong project management skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience in corporate events, tech industry, or B2B marketing is required.

Annual Pay Range

Below is the annual on-target earnings (OTE) range for full-time employees for this position, comprised of base compensation and commissions (if applicable).
