Join Vonage and help us innovate cloud communications for businesses worldwide!

Vonage is a global cloud communications leader that helps businesses accelerate their digital transformation through our fully programmable Unified Communications, Contact Center Applications, and Communications APIs.

Why this role matters:

The Product Manager will lead the strategy and execution to position our CCaaS, UCaaS, and AI solutions within the manufacturing sector of the market. This will include identifying what integrations, product capabilities, certifications, and regulatory requirements Vonage must meet to successfully compete in these markets. It will encompass driving new capabilities into our platform to deliver vertical specific solutions, being deeply immersed in these markets, and working with solution engineers to predefine CCaaS, UCaaS, and AI templates and starter packs for use cases common in those verticals. This role will partner tightly with product marketing to define the appropriate messaging and positioning of our solutions for this segment.

Your key responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute on the strategy to win disproportionately in the manufacturing market segment with our CCaaS, UCaaS, and AI products and solutions.
  • Define core use cases that are common in these verticals that can be met with Vonage’s solutions.
  • Scope requirements needed within our CCaaS, UCaaS, and AI platforms to support these use cases and drive prioritization and implementation into our product and engineering teams.
  • Understand and socialize the customer experience / business challenges faced by manufacturing companies and translate that into targeted solutions for our CCaaS, UCaaS, and AI products.
  • Perform deep market analysis and customer research to identify pain points, trends, and opportunities in these verticals. Leverage these insights to inform product decisions and ensure alignment with market demands.
  • Partner with our sales and marketing teams to define and execute on a go to market strategy for launching solutions into the manufacturing segment.
  • Identify key platform integrations needed specific to each vertical - e.g. commonly used systems that Vonage would need to integrate into in order to be successful in those markets with our CCaaS and UCaaS solutions.
  • Collaborate with solution engineering resources to create customized dashboards and configurations of our products to meet common use cases “out of the box”.
  • Work closely with our product enablement team  to ensure sales, partners, and support understands the offerings and can effectively sell and support them.
  • Be active within manufacturing industry forums (conferences, user groups, analyst events)  to understand market trends, emerging market needs, and to position and evangelize Vonage solutions.

What you'll bring

  • Experience:
    • Minimum 4+ years of experience in product or account management  working within a company (preferably communications/AI/SaaS) that developed products and services for manufacturing companies. Other roles such as product marketing or solution engineering will be considered as well.
    • Experience with CCaaS and/or UCaaS solutions - either supplier or customer side, with a good working knowledge of what these solutions provide.
    • Deep understanding of business challenges within one or both of these verticals that can be solved by CCaaS/UCaaS/AI based solutions.
    • Awareness and involvement in industry and analyst forums for these verticals.
    • Strong industry knowledge of relevant regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex technical requirements into clear business solutions.
    • Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, agile environment.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; experience presenting and defending business cases with executive leaders.

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
