What you’ll be doing

Wolt is a Finnish technology company, and we’re best known for our food delivery platform. We have recently also started working with a wider variety of partners, such as grocery chains, retailers, and online pharmacies. Wolt Drive is a delivery-as-a-service segment, which experiences substantial growth, and serves as a perfect complement to our restaurant food operations - this would be a super exciting project to be a part of!
As a Wolt Drive Specialist, you will serve as a key communicator between our local team and sales partners, ensuring the optimal success of Wolt and Wolt Drive.
On the day-to-day you'll be
- Assisting Account managers with sales growth on the market with existing partners, and creating an environment where merchants and customers enjoy their experience with Wolt Drive, ensuring timely follow-ups, and nurturing long-term client relationships.
- Assisting with the onboarding of new partners to the Wolt ecosystem
- Supporting current partners with any issues, reports, etc.
- Collaboration with Wolt Operations and Support teams to ensure top-class customer experience for Wolt Drive partners
- Actively reaching out to potential new partners to help grow Wolt Drive’s partner base
- Helping with the implementation of new features
- Working with middleware partners (MWPs), including setup and monitoring
- Monitoring small- and medium-sized business venues, identifying and addressing dead or problematic venues,
What we humbly expect from you
- Prior experience in an Account management or customer service-focused role is a plus
- Confidence in video calls and offline meetings
- Excellent interpersonal skills, you will be interacting with a wide range of people
- Structured, detailed, and service-oriented mentality
- Experience working in a Google environment is a plus
- Ability to take initiative and ability to get things done in a fast-paced environment
- Fluency in Hebrew and English
