Wolt is a Finnish technology company and we’re best known for our food delivery platform. In the Operations Team, we focus on the courier partners: We ensure the right amount of courier partners to meet the order demand by constantly developing courier partner satisfaction and smooth, scalable processes.

As an Operations Specialist in the Supply Optimization team, you'll be at the forefront of designing and improving the processes that drive our delivery operations and cross-functional teams. Your work will combine technical execution, workflow design, and stakeholder collaboration to ensure our supply operations are running efficiently and effectively. The team works on several projects at any time, applying agile project management methodologies. One of the key challenges of the role will be to learn how to operate tools used, be it G-Suite, Make automations, or AI. 

What you’ll be doing

  • Working in a small, agile team on projects which result in optimizing the workforce of other teams, or creating new processes for the regional delivery operations team.
  • Collaborate with teams across multiple markets to identify pain points and design customized scalable tools and workflows.
  • Build and maintain automations and scalable solutions using G-Suite, Make, AI tools, and other relevant platforms.
  • Own task management and agile workflows to ensure smooth execution and continuous progress on multiple priorities.
  • Act as a technical support contact for tools developed by the team, ensuring smooth adoption and troubleshooting.

  • Familiarity with working with G-Suite, using Apps Script or Make scenarios is a plus.
  • You exhibit attention to detail and a good ability to solve problems.
  • You are a precise and thorough person with the ability to remain organized while executing your tasks at hand with high efficiency.
  • You love to “get your hands dirty” and get things done, doing whatever it takes to make sure that we accomplish our goals.
  • You are a problem solver who is not afraid to think outside the box.
  • You are a confident communicator with good English skills and effectively navigate through things that are blocking your path with a clear line of thought.
