WPP is on a global transformation journey, and this is an opportunity to join the Group HQ Financial Planning & Analysis / Data & Analytics team with a focus on developing FP&A capability, completing analytical assignments, and operating as a subject matter expert and point of contact for financial data visualisation and democratisation efforts.

What you'll be doing:
The FP&A Data & Analytics team is responsible for the KPI framework, tooling (currently the Power BI solution “Merlin”), data architecture, integration, and visualisation.
The Data & Analytics team works in close partnership with the Enterprise Data and Finance Systems groups to ensure the continuous improvement of financial data consumption and integration into periodic management reporting and commentary.
The Data & Analytics team also leads the delivery of training on PowerBI to Finance users to ensure optimum benefit from analytics tools by the user base.
- Analytics Platform: Support the ongoing development and optimisation of the Group’s analytics platform in Power BI by streamlining and automating back-end processes.
- Monitoring & Optimisation: Monitor alerts around SQL and Azure Synapse & Azure Data factory pipelines and extract processes to ensure data quality.
- Front-end Development: Undertake PowerBI developer training to learn how to design, build, and deploy Power BI dashboards.
- Data Integration: Work with the Enterprise Data and Finance Systems teams to import, transform, and optimise data for Group and Operating Companies’ consumption.
- Supporting Documentation: Assist in developing comprehensive documentation library about algorithms, parameters, models, and relationships used in PowerBI solution transforming business requirements into technical publications.
- User Support: Act as a technical resource to users providing support and resolving technical issues related to the solution.

What you'll need:
- Proficiency in English language.
- Degree in Mathematics, Data or a related subject.
- Experience with Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook.
