Why we're hiring:
This role would suit an individual with a background in executing forensic audit for investigations (including financial and digital review) and experience of in particular ABC risks, financial crime, supply chain risk, cultural risks, whistleblowing, control environments and investigation’s records management.
The role sits in WPP’s Business Integrity team (within WPP’s Legal function), has a global focus and reports to the Forensic Investigations Director based in New Delhi.

WPP is on a global transformation journey and this is an opportunity to join a busy Internal Audit Team providing analysis and admin support to a small group of Auditors.
What you'll be doing:
The role involves the day-to-day administration of the Internal Audit systems, various reporting, and liaising with WPP networks.
This role will report into the Audit Operations Manager.
- Daily monitoring of all IA mailboxes, actioning the requests, resolving issues, and ensuring smooth running of Internal Audit Operations.
- Admin of the multiple IA databases including ServiceNow
- SOX Audit results collation. Liaising with network RCDs, answering queries, solving issues.
- Processing yearly SOX Opco Self-Certification files.
- PBI dashboards – maintenance of existing dashboards and creating new
- Providing admin support to the IA Team and the wider WPP business
- Onboarding or new IA team members ensuring access to all IA systems and information.
- Managing and ensuring all WPP systems are being updated on the regular basis. Working closely with Risk & Control Directors to ensure updates have been received and processed timely.
- Project based tasks
- Any ad-hoc reporting requested by IA Leadership team.
What you'll need:
- Excel to a high level is essential
- Must be organized and methodical in approach
- Power Bi is essential
- Tableau would be helpful but not essential
- Alteryx
- ServiceNow
- An eye for detail and accuracy
- Previous database experience a benefit
- Basic understanding of Internal Audit would be great but not essential
