Job Summary 🧾

We are looking for a strategic, technical and results-driven Product Marketing Manager to act as the bridge between our Product, Marketing, and Go-to-Market (GTM) teams. This role is critical to ensuring our solutions are effectively launched and positioned in the market, aligning product strategies with customer needs and company objectives.

To develop and execute Product / feature release, both internal and external (Go-to-Market) strategies, define key messaging, and position our products to highlight their unique value to prospects, customers, partners, and the broader market. This role is key to driving product adoption, enabling commercial success, and positioning Yalo as a market leader.

What are the responsibilities for this role? 🧠

  • Go-to-Market Strategy:
    • Design and execute GTM strategies for new launches, expansions, and product/features updates.
    • Collaborate with Growth Marketing, Content Marketing, Customer Success, Partners, and Sales to ensure successful execution.
  • Positioning and Messaging:
    • Develop clear and differentiated messaging that highlights the value of our products.
    • Ensure consistent messaging across all customer touch points.
  • Enablement Materials:
    • Create tools and resources for internal impacted teams, including presentations, use cases, guides, videos and other multimedia materials and FAQs.
    • Ensure internal teams understand and effectively communicate product value, in collaboration with internal enablement and technical teams.
  • Market and Competitive Insights:
    • Conduct market research to inform strategic decisions.
    • Analyze competitors and develop strategies to position Yalo as a market leader.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    • Work closely with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams to align goals and priorities.
    • Provide market feedback to the Product team to influence the development roadmap.
  • Product Campaigns:
    • Design and execute marketing campaigns to drive product positioning, sales, and adoption.
    • Measure and report campaign impact and product performance.
  • Leadership and Proactivity:
    • Propose innovative ideas to maximize the impact of product launches.
    • Act as a product ambassador internally and externally.
  • Pricing Strategy:
    • Support the development and optimization of pricing strategies.

Job Requirements?💻

  • Experience:
    • 3–5 years in Product Marketing in B2B environments.
    • Proven experience in marketing technology products.
  • Strategic Skills:
    • Ability to define and execute effective GTM strategies.
    • Strong market knowledge and ability to identify opportunities.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Understanding of technology products and ability to communicate their value to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Communication:
    • Excellent writing and presentation skills.
    • Ability to simplify complex concepts into clear and engaging messages.
  • Collaboration:
    • Experience working with cross-functional teams and coordinating with multiple stakeholders.
  • Languages:
    • Advanced Spanish and Portuguese.
    • Intermediate/advanced English
