About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join our team, reporting directly to the Senior Manager, Finance. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with the management of the day-to-day operations of the accounting department, including bookkeeping, reconciliations, financial reporting and audit. The ideal candidate will have an extensive background in accounting and finance, with experience in assisting the management of a team of accountants and a strong knowledge of NetSuite ERP.

What skills do you need?

• Qualified Chartered Accountant.US CPA will be an advantage.
• 4+ years of experience in accounting or finance.
• Hands-on, technical experience with US GAAP.
• Proven experience managing Consolidation of Accounts under US GAAP.
• Experience in preparing periodical management reports.
• Experience in managing a team of 2+ members across accounting and finance functions.
• Experience working within advanced ERP (e.g., NetSuite)
• Proficiency with Microsoft and Google business applications.
  
  

Preferred Experience

• Experience working for a US-based SaaS tech company.
• Experience working for a Big 4 CPA firm (Deloitte / EY / PwC / KPMG).
• Experience working in a management role.
• Advanced-level knowledge of NetSuite.
• Experience working with FloQast (or equivalent) financial close management software.

What will you be doing?

• Manage accounting and finance functions for US, UK, Australia, and Canada operations.
• Review and approve deliverables from the global accounting team.
• Oversee month-end closing for group companies, ensuring compliance with US GAAP and local accounting standards.
• Prepare financial statements and periodical management reports for management review.
• Prepare and review workings for statutory tax returns and other tax compliances.
• Prepare workings for the year-end audit process for the US consolidated entity and statutory audits for subsidiaries other than India.
• Collaborate with external auditors, tax consultants, and other third-party service providers.
• Provide financial data analysis and support to management and other departments.
• Support in the preparation of the annual budget and financial forecasts.
• Assist with implementation of best practices for the accounting in the ERP system (NetSuite).
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to execute finance functions effectively.
