Position Overview:
In this role, you’ll work closely with our teams in User Acquisition, ASO, and Creative to deliver actionable insights, create dashboards, and coordinate experiments that shape the success of our games, including the top-grossing hit Empires & Puzzles.
What You'll Do:
- Supporting User Acquisition managers by finding insights through quantitative and qualitative analysis, as well as monitoring the impact of our marketing decisions
- Driving decision-making through analyses, statistical modeling and presentations for both non-technical and technical team members
- Reconcile data from various analytics sources (MMP, Firebase, SKAdNetwork, App Store Console) to identify discrepancies and ensure accuracy and consistency
- Collaborate with team members working with User Acquisition, ASO, and Creative to understand their needs and ensure access to relevant analytical resources
- Building and maintaining dashboards, tools and reports
- Working with data pipelines in cooperation with our data engineering team
- Designing and evaluating experiments
- Defining best practices to elevate our marketing team’s success
What You Bring:
- Prior work experience as an analyst in the F2P gaming industry
- Proficiency in SQL and coding skills in a scripting language like R or Python
- Experience with cloud data warehouses such as Redshift, BigQuery or Snowflake
- Solid knowledge of industry-standard statistical methods such as LTV modelling and A/B testing
- Fluent in English, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently and with precision

- Experience working with performance marketing teams (UA & ASO)
- Web development experience
