A Snapshot
We’re looking for a talented and commercially minded Legal Counsel to join our Customer Contracts Legal team. In this role, you’ll support high‑value, complex transactions with global cloud, content, and enterprise customers as they expand their hyperscale data centre capacity. You’ll partner closely with internal teams and customers to deliver strong commercial outcomes while managing legal and regulatory risk in a rapidly growing industry.
What You’ll Do
- Lead the drafting, review, and negotiation of customer contracts, including data centre development, leasing, and colocation agreements.
- Identify and advise on legal risks related to customer transactions and data centre operations, providing clear and practical guidance to senior stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure commercial alignment and smooth project execution.
- Develop and enhance legal processes and strategies that support AirTrunk’s growth.
- Stay across regulatory developments impacting the APAC data centre sector and support compliance initiatives.
What You'll Bring
- LLB/JD with bar admission (or local equivalent).
- 5+ years’ legal experience, including at least 3 years in a law firm, with exposure to major commercial, real estate, or technology transactions.
- Strong technical drafting skills and demonstrated experience negotiating complex commercial agreements.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder‑management skills, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
