Appodeal is looking for an Executive Producer for a Gaming business unit to plan, develop, and execute the strategy for scaling our publishing business. 

We’re looking for people who are passionate about building the future of the mobile app ecosystem at a great company.

Responsibilities:

1. Gather and organize Product, Monetization, and UA data (current, historical and competitors) into a centralized system
2. Actively lead and manage cross-functional teams to implement data-driven strategies to drive measurable improvements on a regular basis.
3. Oversee high-level multiple apps simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of tasks and objectives.
4. Maintain clear communication with stakeholders, providing regular updates on progress and results.
5. Act as the primary point of contact for key stakeholders regarding project updates and strategic initiatives.
6. Provide leadership and direction to align goals across departments.

Qualifications

1. 1. Minimum 7 years in mobile gaming production, with at least 3 years working on casual board, card, word games with ad monetization. 
   2. Strong data analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
   3. Excellent project management skills, with experience in tools like Jira, Trello, or similar.
   4. Strategic thinker with exceptional communication and leadership skills.
   5. Deep understanding of the casual gaming market, including product, monetization, and UA strategies.
   6. Results-oriented with a proactive attitude.
   7. Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
