Executive Business Partner

Bellevue Office, WeWork Sunset North

About the Company

Armada is an edge computing startup that provides computing infrastructure to remote areas where connectivity and cloud infrastructure is limited, as well as areas where data needs to be processed locally for real-time analytics and AI at the edge. We’re looking to bring on the most brilliant minds to help further our mission of bridging the digital divide with advanced technology infrastructure that can be rapidly deployed anywhere.

About the role

We’re looking for a highly organized, proactive, and mission-driven Executive Business Partner (EBP) to support our Chief Technology Officer (CTO) and Chief Business Officer (CBO). This role sits at the intersection of our technical and commercial functions, playing a key role in enabling leadership focus, driving execution, and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations. This is a strategic and autonomous position best suited to professionals comfortable operating independently while driving cross-functional impact.

You’ll manage critical administrative workflows, from complex calendar orchestration and high-stakes meeting prep to travel logistics and communications. As a core member of our leadership operations, you’ll also contribute to cross-functional coordination, executive prioritization, and strategic initiative tracking. This is not a Chief of Staff position, but you will work closely with one, serving as an essential extension of executive leadership.

The right candidate is detail-obsessed, thrives under pressure, and brings a calm, professional presence to fast-paced environments. You know how to anticipate needs before they arise, handle sensitive information with discretion, and bring order to complexity.

Location. This role is office-based at our Bellevue, Washington office 3 days per week.

What You'll Do (Key Responsibilities)

Executive Administration & Support

  • Own daily management of complex, shifting calendars across time zones and teams.
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings, including agenda creation, briefing materials, and post-meeting follow-ups.
  • Manage domestic and international travel—anticipating logistical needs, optimizing itineraries, and ensuring everything runs smoothly.
  • Serve as gatekeeper and liaison for the CTO and CBO—filtering inbound requests, drafting correspondence, and driving timely responses.
  • Prepare expense reports, track reimbursements, and handle light administrative finance tasks with precision.

Strategic & Operational Enablement

  • Support execution of executive-level priorities by tracking initiatives, timelines, and cross-functional dependencies.
  • Partner with the Chief of Staff and R&D leadership on meeting rhythms, sprint reviews, and planning sessions—helping bring structure, clarity, and accountability.
  • Coordinate leadership offsites, quarterly business reviews, and department-level events that drive alignment and connection.
  • Draft internal updates, presentation decks, and high-level documentation on behalf of executives for internal and external stakeholders.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with teams across engineering, product, business development, and operations to stay informed on key priorities and ensure alignment.
  • Act as a connective thread across departments—facilitating communication, surfacing risks, and helping leadership stay focused on what matters most.

Confidentiality & Professionalism

  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion—ranging from personnel and hiring matters to investor communications.
  • Serve as a trusted representative of the CTO and CBO—building relationships across all levels and acting as a culture ambassador within the organization.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years supporting C-level executives or senior leaders in high-growth, fast-paced environments—ideally in tech, R&D, or engineering-centric companies.
  • Proven ability to juggle competing priorities and operate calmly in high-pressure settings.
  • Meticulous attention to detail, exceptional organizational skills, and strong follow-through.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with sound judgment and contextual awareness.
  • Comfortable operating autonomously, but highly collaborative when coordination is needed.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Zoom, Slack, and tools like Asana, Notion, or Confluence.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting technical or product-focused executives.
  • Familiarity with agile workflows, engineering sprint cycles, or milestone tracking.
  • Background in project coordination, operations, or internal communications.

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
