Aspire is currently seeking a Director of IT who provides hands-on strategic and operational leadership for our technology infrastructure. This role is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining a robust, secure, and scalable IT environment that advances Aspire’s mission. The Director oversees IT systems, networks, hardware, software, cybersecurity, and end-user support while ensuring seamless operations and alignment with organizational priorities.
As a key member of the leadership team, the Director partners with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to ensure technology solutions effectively support Aspire’s programs, services, and strategic goals.

Our Ideal Candidate:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field required.
- Master’s degree in Management or Business Administration preferred.
- ITIL certification required; vendor certifications (Microsoft, VMware, Cisco, Apple) strongly preferred.
- Minimum of 7–10 years of progressive IT leadership experience, including management of teams and enterprise systems.
- Proven success in digital transformation, cloud migration and infrastructure oversight.
- Experience in multi-site or nonprofit/human services environments strongly preferred.
