Position Overview
ATLAS SP is seeking self-motivated individuals to join its Transaction Management team providing core day to day support of the Consumer & Commercial origination business. This role will engage in the lifecycle management of a global syndicated and bilateral loan book. You will collaborate across the Originations, Portfolio Management, Treasury and Operations teams to manage delivery and efficient execution of lending activities.
Primary Responsibilities
- This leadership role is heavily integrated within the Banking and Lending teams coordinating facility booking/management, lifecycle maintenance, forecasting and funding management, collecting client data, daily activity tracking, documentation and reporting
- Partner with Originations, Portfolio Management, Treasury to support servicing of new and existing transactions with regards to funding memo reviews, covenant monitoring and client reporting obligations
- Create and maintain analytical reports for key stakeholders across the business
- Lead various initiatives, process improvements and technology enhancements to streamline operational capabilities and create efficiency and scalability
- Operate cross-functionally to ensure all downstream processing stakeholders and beyond receive timely and accurate transaction information
- Gain exposure across multiple asset classes within the Securitized Products landscape
- Provide internal and external clients premier support services
- Participate in new business strategies with regards to pre and post trade execution, accurate front to back flow and valuations
Qualification and Experience
- Seeking a detail oriented, organized candidate with a minimum of 4-6 years’ experience in Consumer/Commercial Loan Business Support to take on a leadership role within the Transaction Management team
- Demonstrate experience in supporting structured lending financial products and the lifecycle maintenance of warehouse lending / conduit lending or similar loan support
- Familiarity with lending systems ACBS/FIS or Loan IQ
- Strong academic credentials and a demonstrated interest in financial services
- Possess strong financial acumen and analytical skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Motivated, enthusiastic, hard-working
- Demonstrated confidence, maturity, and proactive nature
- Eagerness to learn and take on responsibility
- Strong project management skills with exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills and ability to multi-task
- Ability to work well independently as well as collaboratively
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word)
Base Salary Range
$100,000 - $175,000
The base salary range for this position is listed above. This position is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus based on personal, team, and Firm performance. Compensation ranges are based on several factors including job function, level, and geographic location. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including candidate experience and expertise and may vary from the amounts listed here.
