Position Overview
The Business Intelligence Associate reports directly to the Head of Finance Data and Controls and will help support the ongoing management of various ATLAS SP Finance related functions. This individual will be tasked with building and developing data models and reporting solutions, driving improvements in processes and reporting, and engaging in problem-solving and project management. We are seeking a talented and dedicated professional with the ability to be part of a versatile team and a strong desire to learn and develop in their career.
Primary Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain semantic data models using various systems and tools
• Develop Snowflake objects (i.e., tables, views)
• Create, maintain, and administer reporting dashboards using Power BI / Tableau
• Prepare management reporting; conduct ad hoc analysis in support of business
• Support automation initiatives: build relationships with business users, gain deep understanding of their processes and how they are currently utilizing technology, develop process improvements
• Assist with various system implementation projects
• Address ad hoc requests as needed
Qualification and Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance and/or computer science or the equivalent work experience.
• 4+ years of experience developing reporting solutions using technical, data modeling and business analysis skills
• Technical skills including SQL, DAX, Power BI
• Experience with Snowflake, Datarails, and Microsoft suite of tools preferred
• Oracle or other ERP system experience preferred
• Excellent communication, organizational and analytical skills
• Ability to juggle more than one project at a time and work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power Query and managing data connections a must

The base salary range for this position is listed above. This position is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus based on personal, team, and Firm performance. Compensation ranges are based on several factors including job function, level, and geographic location. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including candidate experience and expertise and may vary from the amounts listed here.
