What You’ll Do
Authentic Brands Group is seeking a strategic and culturally attuned Manager, Influencer Marketing to elevate and scale storytelling across our portfolio of iconic brands throughout the EMEAI region. Reporting into the regional SVP, Integrated Marketing, this role will shape the influencer and creator ecosystem across fashion, sports, lifestyle and entertainment brands within the ABG portfolio.
You will lead the regional influencer vision, building impactful partnerships that drive brand relevance, cultural conversation and commercial performance. Working closely with global influencer team, global brand teams, regional marketing partners, licensees and retail collaborators, you will ensure influencer activity delivers measurable impact while maintaining the distinct voice and positioning of each brand.
This role requires a balance of creative ambition, commercial understanding and data-driven decision making, along with a strong instinct for emerging culture, platforms and creator communities across the EMEAI landscape.
What you’ll be working on
- Define and lead the EMEAI influencer strategy. Develop and implement a regional influencer and creator strategy across Authentic’s brand portfolio, aligning with global brand positioning while ensuring strong regional cultural relevance and commercial impact.
- Build and manage high-impact partnerships. Identify, secure and cultivate long-term relationships with high-tier creators, cultural tastemakers and emerging regional talent who authentically connect with each brand’s audience.
- Act as the regional centre of excellence for influencer marketing. Lead strategic conversations around influencer engagement across campaigns, product launches, events and always-on storytelling, ensuring best practices and innovation across markets.
- Collaborate with licensees and commercial partners. Work closely with licensees, retail partners and regional marketing teams to integrate influencer strategies into product launches, retail activations and key brand moments across EMEAI.
- Scale creator and affiliate programmes. Develop and grow creator and affiliate initiatives that support both brand storytelling and measurable commercial outcomes, balancing performance goals with premium brand positioning.
- Set clear KPIs and deliver performance insights. Establish measurable objectives across reach, engagement, brand impact and revenue contribution, providing regular reporting and strategic insights to regional and global leadership.
- Amplify influencer content across the consumer journey. Partner with Brand Communications, Digital, Social and Media teams to ensure influencer storytelling is integrated across paid, owned and earned channels.
- Champion innovation and emerging platforms. Continuously evaluate new technologies, creator tools and platform opportunities to strengthen audience engagement and drive cultural relevance.
- Stay ahead of cultural trends. Monitor shifts in fashion, sport, lifestyle and entertainment culture across EMEAI to identify new partnership opportunities and creator communities that resonate with Authentic’s brand audiences.
- Lead with clarity and collaboration. Foster a culture of curiosity, accountability and collaboration, working closely with regional stakeholders to deliver scalable programmes that balance global consistency with strong local impact
Must Haves
- Several years of experience in influencer marketing, brand communications, social strategy or creator partnerships within fashion, sports, lifestyle, entertainment or consumer brands.
- Proven experience developing and executing large-scale influencer strategies across multiple markets, ideally within the EMEAI region.
- Strong network of top-tier creators, talent agents, cultural tastemakers and influencer agencies across key EMEAI markets.
- Demonstrated ability to identify, negotiate and manage high-value influencer partnerships, including long-term ambassador relationships.
- Experience working within multi-brand environments or brand portfolios, with the ability to adapt influencer strategy to distinct brand identities.
- Strong understanding of the licensing and partner ecosystem, with experience collaborating with regional marketing teams, licensees or retail partners.
- Deep knowledge of creator economy trends, emerging platforms and social media innovation across fashion, sport, lifestyle and entertainment.
- Ability to translate cultural insights and audience data into actionable influencer strategies.
- Proven track record of setting KPIs, measuring performance and demonstrating ROI across influencer and creator programmes.
- Strong commercial and negotiation skills, balancing brand storytelling with measurable business impact.
- Excellent cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to align global and regional teams.
- Experience managing or mentoring teams and driving high-performing, collaborative environments.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with confidence presenting strategies and results to senior leadership.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial and evolving environment.
