Demand Marketer (Paid Social Manager)
Please Note: This is a Utah-based hybrid position which will require some regular in-office days each week. Additionally, employment with BambooHR is contingent on passing both a background and credit check.
Essential Job Duties
As a Paid Social Manager, you will be an integral part of our world-class Digital Marketing Team who motivate each other to grow and provide ample support on the way there. Because we have support and resources from other departments, you will have roadblocks removed and be set free to do what you do best, focusing on your campaigns! You will be responsible for working closely with other team members to manage and grow the Paid Social channel. You will live in conversion data, utilizing your creative and analytical skills to optimize a large investment that will result in thousands of future customers. You will:
- Manage day-to-day activities across LinkedIn Ads, and assist with Facebook/Instagram Ads, YouTube Ads, etc.
- Optimize, maintain, and scale paid acquisition campaigns while maintaining efficiency metrics
- Create, prioritize, and implement testing across campaigns to continually improve account performance
- Analyze performance metrics across multiple systems and build actionable insights to scale winning campaigns
- Collaborate with the marketing operations team and data analysts to improve tracking, reporting, and marketing processes
- Work closely with cross-functional marketing teams to build cohesive campaigns across groups
- Communicate ideas, tests, results, and KPIs to the demand generation team as well as to management
What You Need to Get the Job Done
- You have at least 5+ years of experience managing and scaling successful Paid Social campaigns (specifically on LinkedIn, Facebook/Instagram, and YouTube)
- You have extensive experience in managing ad spends effectively
- You have a track record of successfully growing paid social campaigns while maintaining ROI
- Excel is second nature to you and you know how to create and manipulate advanced reports
- You have a strong analytical mindset and can effectively prioritize time based on the biggest potential yield and impact
- You’re an effective, consistent, and reliable collaborator and communicator (both verbally and through writing)
- You’re a creative problem solver and can think out of the proverbial box to come up with new and innovative ways to problem-solve
- Experience with A/B testing and CRO collaboration
