The WOW 

As Global Tax Mobility manager at Betsson AB you will work with all tax related issues facing a global group today in relation to employees and contractors. You will provide best practice advice in relation to payroll and employment taxes as well as the assess and monitor the relationships that we have with consultants and suppliers around the world. We are looking for an experienced tax professional with ample experience in global mobility issues. This role requires a curious person with a strong drive and willingness to be hands on.   

A FLAVOUR OF WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING 

The main responsibilities include but are not limited to: 

• Setting up and monitor Global mobility tax processes.
• Advise of local payroll processes.
• Advise on consultancy agreements.
• Advise on fringe benefits and bonuses.
• Advise on cross border work.
• Best practice advice in relation to strategy and restructuring projects.
• M&A due diligence work in relation to personnel related taxes.
• Ad hoc assessment of an individual’s tax situations.
• Assist in driving Global Tax projects.
• Ad hoc tax support to the Global Tax Team. 

What we are looking for 

• Education: Preferably LLM – with in-house experience  
• Curious personality
• Strong internal drive
• Basic knowledge of other tax areas
• Strong analytical skills to navigate tax complexities.
• Knowledge of regulatory and compliance rules governing global mobility.
• Ability to collaborate with various departments (Payroll, Finance, Legal, etc.).
• Effective communication and presentation skills.
