- You will manage an exclusive portfolio of VIPs, managing their value, monitoring activity as well as seeking new potential VIPs.

YOU'RE GOOD AT
- Lead the team of VIP Key Account managers in the region; manage the day-to-day operations, admin and workflow of KAMs including team management and all its relevant actions.
- Work closely with Head of VIP & Events, VIP Regional Manager and Managing Director to define the local VIP strategy of the region, aligned with the Global VIP strategy, as well as supporting in implementing the action.
- Points accordingly, doing follow-up and reporting on the results/challenges across the team.
- Ensure existing best practice and procedures are followed, increase productivity and efficiency within the team.
- Responsible to manage the VIP budget, VIP targets, spend and bonus costs.
- Work closely with Commercial managers for Casino and Sportsbook, Marketing and CRM teams and other relevant stakeholders to have full visibility of customer journeys, communications, and product strategy of the market.
- Pro-active, goal oriented and numbers driven.
- Native level communication ability in Spanish and English, both in speaking and writing.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong industry background in VIP with the ability to multi-task, plan and prioritise a changing workload within a fast-paced environment where deadlines can be short and workload high.
- Experience in managing teams in a previous role.
- Knowledge of Operations and CRM.
- Commercially driven with an appreciation for what drives revenue.
- Passionate about sports and casino.
Excellent communication skills and an eye for detail are a must.
