Technical SEO Owner

Technical SEO owner is part of our global SEO team and is the owner of technical SEO projects for all our brands and markets. The role works closely with direct manager global - SEO expert & Tech SEO lead, global SEO team, regional and product development teams to ensure long term success of our on-site SEO efforts. TSO innovative, technical and project management focused role helping to manage that requested SEO features and fixes are implemented and working optimally.

Key Responsibilities

• Creating and owning the SEO technical roadmap in cooperation with all relevant stakeholders.
• Supporting the SEO team, together with product-tech teams on technical-SEO via consultancy, incident handling, planning, communication and overseeing of technical improvements.
• Leading and overseeing website or platform migrations from SEO point of view.
• Research, SEO testing and team training on various tech SEO topics for SEO and external teams.
• Improve efficiency of SEO efforts using automation and new or improved processes.
• Joining forces with product teams to create SEO friendly products. Ensure clear communication lines between global SEO and product teams.
• Monitor and fix ongoing issues related to new or existing products and features with scheduled audits.
• Document and prioritize all efforts in Jira & confluence.
• Set clear KPIs for technical SEO projects.
• Reporting progress on new SEO features, tech issues and fixes to relevant stakeholders.

Required Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, or other relevant education (optio
• Experience in technical SEO of at least 2 years inhouse or at an agency.
• Experience in Igaming/Forex or other high-competition industry of at least a year is ideal.
• 4-5 years of digital marketing experience is ideal
• Automation and scripting skills are ideal
• Experience as a product owner or technical project manager is a big plus.
• Knowledge in software development is a must.
• Knowledge of UX & CMs are ideal.
• Experience in Atlassian products and SEO audit / crawling tools.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate on complex projects.
