The Role

We're looking for a motivated and skilled Lawyer to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced and evolving online gambling industry. What You'll Be Doing:

• Drafting, reviewing, and analyzing a variety of legal documents;
• Preparing high-quality written correspondence;
• Engaging with administrative and regulatory bodies;
• Ensuring the company’s operations comply with current legislation;
• Assisting with internal legal arrangements as needed;
• Representing the company in ongoing litigation when necessary.

What We’re Looking For:

• A Law degree with a focus in Civil Law (required);
• Minimum of 3 years' experience practicing in Civil and Administrative law;
• Solid knowledge of Civil, Administrative, and Process law;
• Passing the qualification exam for lawyers (civil or general specialization) is a plus;
• Fluent in Georgian and English (both written and spoken); experience working or studying in English is an advantage;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
• Strong multitasking abilities and a keen eye for detail;
• A proactive team player who thrives in a collaborative environment;
• Quick to adapt and eager to learn.
