Social Media Coordinator – São Paulo - Brazil 

 
Betsson is currently looking for a Social Media Coordinator to join our operation in Sao Paulo. 

The Wow: 

As a Social Media Coordinator for Betsson Brazil, you will oversee the various social profiles of the Brazilian Betsson team, providing insight, direction, and strategy. The role entails leading the social media strategy, reporting, and content deliverables, to ensure that all our profiles follow the brand strategy correctly. The position also requires working collaboratively with marketing teams across Latam to in order to translate business strategies into content strategy.

A Flavour Of What You’ll Be Doing: 

  • Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to: 
  • Act as a leader overseeing multiple teams in Brazil, providing insight, direction and strategy. 
  • Review all social media strategies, reporting and content deliveries to ensure all Betsson Brazil profiles are following the brand strategy correctly. 
  • Set and measure goals and KPIs through social media programs for all Social Media profiles in Brazil. 
  • Lead the delivery of audiovisual social media content production for Betsson Latam. 
  • Work collaboratively with marketing teams in Latin America to translate business strategies into content strategy. 
  • Create and implement best practice processes when it comes to social media, content generation, reporting, pitching, auditing, etc. 
  • Research and recommend new social media tools and/or seminars or educational events that will help the team grow and learn. 
  • Collaborate with local content agencies across Latin America. 
  • Learn the fundamentals of paid social to collaborate cross-functionally with paid teams. 

 

Requirements 

 

  • Bachelor's Degree 
  • Postgraduate degree or MBA in Marketing, Digital Marketing or Audiovisual Production is a plus 
  • 2+ years of relevant experience in social media management and/or social media marketing. 
  • Extensive knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn, YouTube, Telegram and other relevant social networks. 
  • Strong understanding of online reach and ability to formulate effective social engagement strategies 
  • Ability to create posting, interaction and engagement calendars and work to increase our reach and number of followers. 
  • Previous experience with sports marketing is a plus.
