As a Marketing Operations Manager, you’ll be the driving force that keeps all the gears in the marketing machine running smoothly. You’ll collaborate across teams, streamline processes, and ensure that workflows not only avoid bottlenecks but also unlock new opportunities. With your experience in managing market launches, rebrands, and migrations, you’ll have the insight to keep things moving efficiently.
In this role, you’ll also act as the lead for marketing setup when projects are led by the Corporate Level Project Management team. You’ll take extensive to-do lists and action plans and transform them into clear, concise goals for senior leadership, making sure everyone stays focused on the priorities that matter. It’s a dynamic role where you’ll balance the details with the bigger picture, ensuring that marketing operations run like a well-oiled machine

You may also come from a business-oriented environment like marketing operations, project management or a high growth start-up. You know how to implement strategies to improve marketing processes and can recommend, manage and drive solutions beneficial to all stakeholders.
A flavour of what you'll be doing:
- Manage task delegation, timelines and follow-ups for new market launches, quarterly targets, rebrands, migrations and any other similar initiatives.
- Analyse the ways of working across all marketing teams and plan projects to increase efficiency of execution in our global marketing efforts.
- Create, document, and implement processes, report templates, and strategy formats.
- Act as the go-between marketing teams and corporate project management team to ensure marketing initiatives are executed across multiple teams on schedule and in the best manner.
- Assist the Senior Marketing Operations Manager with the general administration of global marketing.
- Assist in the scoping, setup and implementation of new department wide tools and systems.
- Ensure all stakeholders are updated and informed on the achievements and work being done across Global Marketing teams.
What you can bring to the table:
- Bachelor’s Degree in a Business Related field
- 5 years work-experience in an operational role.
- Previous project management experience in an agency or similar environment.
- Proven success coordinating staff/teams working across different areas towards delivering a product/service.
- Clear understanding of how digital marketing channels are set up and managed.
- Detail-oriented and structured skillset.
- Ability to work under pressure and with short deadlines.
- Strong at stakeholder management and communication.
- Problem solver and ‘let’s do it attitude’.
- Curious mindset interested in learning every day.
- iGaming knowledge is a plus.
