Gaming and CRM Coordinator – Italy

As a Gaming and CRM Coordinator, you will be working together with the Senior Gaming and CRM Manager on our Italian Gaming products and will be responsible of the execution of the promotional plans for Betsson.it. You’ll coordinate the Gaming portfolio onsite, adding new games and optimizing the Gaming lobbies ensuring that the requested quality and timelines of the deliverables are respected and that the best user experience is guaranteed. Furthermore, you are responsible for monitoring the campaigns’ data, analysing the results, recommending improvements and new approaches to enhance the effectiveness of the CRM strategy.

A flavour of what you will be doing:

  • Coordinate the Gaming offer, screening to detect new potential games or providers to be added.
  • Coordinate the product roadmap with internal and external stakeholders, in order to make sure that product enhancements and new functionalities are delivered in time and with high standards.
  • Ensure that the Gaming products are up to date and optimize onsite contents to ensure the best user experience.
  • Coordinate the certification processes with regulator, to ensure that new games are approved.
  • Assist the CRM Manager on the creation of compelling promotions and communications on a day-to-day basis. From idea generation, planning and briefing to evaluation, reporting & optimizing.
  • Assist with promotional content, banner planning, newsletter and other promotional material for both onsite and digital media.
  • Ensure all activities are carried out with a high standard, whilst maintaining high standards for compliance and regulation as well as customer experience.
  • Write copy, set-up communications and send them out through CRM channels across the customer life-cycle.
  • Test the Gaming UX and the CRM Campaigns quality and journey.
  • Work with our support teams and external suppliers, liaising on possible issues that might arise.
  • Support Customer Service being a direct point for escalations.
  • Testing new Gaming contents or functionalities and CRM promotions.

 

Requirements:

  • 2+ years experience in online gaming
  • 1+ year experience in the Casino and CRM field
  • Italian mother tongue
  • Proficient in English
  • Proficient user of Excel and Office package in general
  • Passionate for Casino and other Gaming products
  • Good understanding of Italian Market
  • University level is considered a plus
