Job Summary
We’re looking for a proactive and detail-driven Influencer & Affiliate Marketing Specialist to help grow our global ambassador and creator partnership program. This hands-on role focuses on sourcing and nurturing mid-tier creators (3K–50K followers), running personalized outreach, coordinating gifting logistics, and tracking performance through affiliate tools.
You’ll work closely with the UK-based marketing and logistics teams to ensure every creator partnership aligns with brand goals and delivers measurable results.
This role is 100% remote and ideal for candidates based in the Philippines, India, or Latin America.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and qualify mid-tier outdoor and lifestyle creators (3K–50K followers) across key markets (UK, Germany, US, Canada, Australia, Nordics).
- Conduct personalized creator outreach via DMs and email using approved templates and tone.
- Manage relationships throughout the creator journey — from trial phase to long-term partnership.
- Maintain a high-quality creator database in AirTable (or similar CRM) with 100% data accuracy.
- Track creator performance using UTM links, affiliate codes, and analytics; prepare weekly reports.
- Coordinate product gifting and logistics with warehouse teams in UK/EU/US.
- Collaborate with marketing and logistics teams to ensure timely gifting, campaign execution, and content compliance.
Must-Have Skills & Experience
- 1+ year of professional experience in lead generation, influencer coordination, or creator partnerships.
- Strong written and verbal English communication — essential for creator outreach and reporting.
- Experience with creator sourcing and relationship management.
- High attention to detail and organization — required for logistics, budget tracking, and CRM accuracy.
- Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube) and basic analytics (engagement rate, reach, performance).
- Availability during UK morning hours (09:00–12:00 GMT) for syncs with the UK marketing team.
- 1–3 years of experience using affiliate platforms (Impact, Refersion, or similar) and understanding of UTM tracking.
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Familiarity with AirTable, FlippingBook, or affiliate platform tools (trainable).
- Multilingual (German, Swedish, Norwegian, or Danish).
- Experience in outdoor, adventure, or apparel industries.
- Basic content review or creative feedback skills (optional — marketing lead provides oversight).
