Box is looking for a highly skilled CPQ Developer like you to drive innovation and efficiency in our Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ) processes and New Product Introduction (NPI) initiatives. With your expertise in designing, developing, and customizing CPQ solutions using tools like Conga/Apttus, you will streamline pricing and quoting processes for our sales teams. Your ability to lead technical design and development efforts, implement product bundles and pricing rules, and mentor junior developers will ensure seamless integration between CPQ and other systems. By collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify process improvements and automation opportunities, you will optimize our CPQ workflows. What you'll do:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions within CPQ.

Design, develop, and customize CPQ (Conga/Apttus) solutions to automate complex pricing and quoting processes, ensuring efficient and accurate quoting for our sales teams.

Lead the technical design and development of customizations, extensions, and integrations between CPQ and other systems.

Implement and configure product bundles, discount schedules, pricing rules, and approval workflows to optimize the CPQ process.

Participate in code reviews, ensuring best practices and adherence to coding standards.

Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers, sharing expertise and driving excellence in CPQ development.

Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement and automation through the effective use of CPQ.

Stay up-to-date with CPQ industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement of our solution.
Who you are:
-
3-5 years of experience in Salesforce CPQ or Apttus
-
Designing and developing Apttus Conga/Saleforce CPQ solutions , Apex, Visualforce, LWC, flows, Copado, VS Code
-
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).

3-5 years of experience as a Salesforce Developer, with a focus on Conga/Apttus CPQ (Salesforce CPQ will also be considered) implementation and customization.

Apttus certification is highly preferred.

Strong proficiency in APEX, Visualforce, and Lightning components development within the Salesforce platform.

Experience in designing and implementing complex CPQ solutions, including product configuration, pricing, quoting, and contract management.

Solid understanding of sales and pricing processes, as well as the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Proven track record of successful Salesforce CPQ implementations and enhancements in a similar role.

Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.

Strong communication skills to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Experience with other Salesforce products and integrations is a plus.
