What will I be doing?

We are looking for a creative and data-driven Social Media & Digital Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for shaping and executing our social media strategy, producing high-impact content, and driving audience engagement across key platforms. You’ll use your expertise in analytics to measure performance and optimize our digital presence to support brand growth and customer engagement.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies across LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, and TikTok

  • Create and manage engaging content (text, image, and video) tailored for each platform

  • Plan, write, and edit compelling content, including blogs, case studies, social copy, and marketing campaigns

  • Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, Hotjar, etc.

  • Collaborate with design, product, and other marketing stakeholders to support go-to-market plans and brand messaging

  • Stay on top of digital and social trends, algorithm changes, and content formats to continuously optimize performance

  • Engage with online communities, respond to comments, and support customer-facing interactions when appropriate


Required Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience in social media strategy and digital engagement

  • 4–6 years of experience using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, Hotjar) to drive marketing decisions

  • 4–6 years of writing experience, including marketing copy, blogs, case studies, and storytelling

  • Strong knowledge of social media best practices and content trends across multiple platforms

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with video content creation and editing, especially for TikTok and Instagram Reels

  • Familiarity with social scheduling tools (e.g., Sprinklr, Hootsuite, Later)

  • Background in B2B or tech industry marketing is a plus

Salary Range

Pay ranges vary based on multiple factors including, without limitation, skill sets, education, responsibilities, experience, and geographical market. The pay range for this position reflects geographic-based ranges for Washington state: $26.44 to $31.25 USD/hour, with a midpoint of $28.85/hour. The final salary/wage and job title for this opening will be based on the selected candidate’s qualifications and experience and may fall outside this range.
