This role sits within ArtBot (part of Critical Mass)

Innovating Digital Marketing Through Creative and Performance Engineering

About ArtBot

What We Do
At ArtBot, we fuse creative automation, engineering, and advanced technologies like Dynamic Creative Optimization (DCO) and Generative AI to deliver high-quality, scalable content for a variety of industries. Our work ensures our clients can move fast, stay efficient, and maintain creative excellence across all their campaigns.

How We Do It

Creative Engineering
Our creative engineering team builds scalable frameworks and universal design systems that allow clients to bring campaigns to market with speed and cost-efficiency. These frameworks are adaptable, ensuring clients can use them across multiple projects and optimize their creative efforts, minimizing the need to start from scratch with each campaign.

Performance Engineering
While creative engineering focuses on building the framework, performance engineering ensures that when creative assets hit the market, they are performing optimally. This involves testing, tracking, and refining content to ensure it reaches target audiences and achieves conversion goals. Performance engineering bridges strategy and execution, helping clients get the most out of their media activations.

Generative AI & Creative Automation
We’re pioneers in the generative AI space, using AI-driven tools to ideate and optimize creative assets efficiently. Our automation processes allow us to scale content production seamlessly, producing everything from personalized digital ads to dynamic 3D renderings—at a level of precision and speed that drives success for global brands.

Scalability and Efficiency
Through proprietary tools and systems, we scale creative output while maintaining high standards of quality. Our streamlined processes enable clients to move from concept to execution quickly, without sacrificing the creative integrity of their work.

Our Intellectual Property (IP)
ArtBot’s IP is at the heart of our ability to merge automation, AI, and creative workflows. Our exclusive tools give clients the ability to scale content, personalize messaging, and optimize delivery—all while maintaining top-tier creative excellence.

Who We Serve
We work with clients across a wide range of industries, including luxury automotive, pharma, tech, telecom, confectionery, and more. From crafting data-driven digital marketing campaigns to delivering large-scale content solutions, we partner with brands to bring their vision to life in the most innovative and efficient ways possible.
