Junior Resource Management Associate

Greater Buenos Aires, Capital Federal

WHY DEPT®?

We are pioneers at heart. What this means is that we are always leaning forward, thinking of what we can create tomorrow that does not exist today. We were born digital and we are a new model of agency with a deep skillset in tech and marketing. That’s why we hire curious, self-driven, talented people who never stop innovating.

Our culture is big enough to cope and small enough to care. Meaning that with people across 20+ countries, we’re big enough to provide you with the best tools, global opportunities, and benefits that help you thrive. While acting small by investing in you, your growth, and your team, and giving you the autonomy to solve our clients' problems, no matter where you are in the world.

DEPT® is growing and we are looking for a Junior Resource Management Associate to join our team.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

As a Resource Management Associate, you will work closely with other Resource Management team members, and ensure healthy utilization across the organization - balancing skill sets, workload, team dynamics, and financial health. You will naturally be a confidant and will work closely with Operations to enhance our systems and processes in support of our business and people.

You will help optimize resourcing by identifying and evaluating capacity constraints and opportunities within the organization (bandwidth and burnout), making data-driven recommendations for resource allocations, nearshoring, and utilization optimization.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING:

  • You know how to self-manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment - elevating yourself and those around you.
  • You collaborate well with others and have excellent verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills.
  • You embrace data-driven processes and insights.
  • You exercise attention to detail, passion, and pride in craft.
  • You deliver thoughtful, thorough, and intentional reports and communications.
  • You have 2+ years in a resource management or operations role in a creative agency environment (digital experience preferred).
  • You foster and maintain strong, collaborative working relationships.
  • You are discrete and understand how to navigate sensitive situations, escalations, and confidential information.
  • You will always aim for conflict resolution: act as a mediator in resource conflicts, prioritization challenges, or overlapping project demands, ensuring equitable distribution of resources.

OUR BENEFITS:

  • A fully equipped office to spend some time together with refreshments provided all week
  • Premium healthcare through OSDE for the employee and their immediate family members
  • NUBI prepaid card with a monthly allowance for grocery purchases
  • Monthly reimbursements for Wi-Fi/electricity expenses
  • Monthly reimbursements for training/English classes
  • 100% covered “Plant Total” membership at Sportclub
  • A flexible vacation policy
