As a Senior Director, Product Management, you will lead the strategic direction and execution of Rockerbox’s product portfolio, ensuring alignment between customer needs, business growth objectives, and technical innovation. You will partner closely with Engineering, Design, Sales, and Customer Success to deliver high-impact product initiatives that drive measurable revenue and retention outcomes.

This role includes opportunities to shape long-term product strategy, build and mentor a high-performing product organization, and influence executive-level decisions that define the company’s next stage of growth.

What You’ll Do

  • Define and execute a clear product vision aligned with company growth objectives
  • Own and evolve the product roadmap across core and emerging product lines
  • Partner with Engineering leadership to ensure predictable, high-quality delivery
  • Translate customer insights, market dynamics, and revenue goals into actionable product strategy
  • Drive cross-functional alignment across Product, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success
  • Establish KPIs to measure product performance and continuously improve outcomes
  • Lead, coach, and scale the Product Management team
  • Represent Product at the executive level, contributing to strategic planning and prioritization

Who You Are

  • Develop and maintain a multi-quarter product strategy tied to revenue and retention goals
  • Ensure roadmap prioritization balances innovation, scalability, and operational excellence
  • Improve product development processes, increasing delivery predictability and speed
  • Identify new growth opportunities through market analysis and customer insight
  • Have deep knowledge of multi touch attribution, media mix modeling and incrementality testing
  • Expertise on the programmatic advertising ecosystem
  • Drive alignment between product positioning and go-to-market strategy
  • Foster a strong product culture rooted in accountability, customer focus, and measurable impact

 

Key Responsibilities

  • A strategic product leader with experience scaling B2B SaaS platforms
  • Comfortable operating at both executive and tactical levels
  • Data-oriented, with strong commercial acumen
  • Skilled at influencing cross-functional stakeholders
  • Decisive, pragmatic, and comfortable navigating ambiguity
  • Passionate about building teams and developing product talent

What We’re Looking For

  • 10+ years of product management experience, including leadership of senior PMs
  • Experience in B2B SaaS, ideally within data, analytics, adtech, or martech environments
  • Proven track record of driving measurable business outcomes (revenue growth, retention, expansion)
  • Strong partnership with Engineering and technical fluency in platform-based products
  • Experience operating in a growth-stage or scaling organization
  • Excellent communication and executive stakeholder management skills

 

The successful candidate’s starting salary will be determined based on a number of non-discriminating factors, including qualifications for the role, level, skills, experience, location, and balancing internal equity relative to peers at DV.

The estimated salary range for this role based on the qualifications set forth in the job description is between $169,000 to $317,000. This role will also be eligible for bonus/commission (as applicable), equity, and benefits.
